Today we are going to introduce you our another patented technology that is about a fixed structure of motor stator. We use BLDC motor on the fans. Bldc motor stands for Brushless Direct Current Motor, and the another name is called EC Motor.
BLDC fan has the features of energy saving, quiet, durable and intelligent. Why it has the above features, please look at the following illustrations.
First, BLDC fan using the permanent magnet motor, the rotate in fan motor is permanent magnet so that it is with magnetic. When the fan is powered on, the electronic stator is normally charged to drive the rotor to rotate, so that the rotor is moved by electric and magnetic forces, saving the part of applying power to the rotor to achieve the power saving effect.
Second, BLDC fan is silent when it is working. NAKKA BLDC fan is full sealed and it adopts BLDC Sine Wave Noise Reduction Technology. Both together makes the fan more quieter.
Third, the fan is more durable. For the fan motor is fully sealed, it can prevent dust getting inside at the first time. In the fan market, some of the fan motor is not fully sealed, so that dust is easy to get in. Through day-to-day accumulation, a lot of dust is easily accumulated inside the motor, which will affect the operation of the fan motor. However, BLDC motor can avoid this situation from the first time, therefore, it has a longer service life.
