The first place is our finished product warehouse. We can see that the finished products warehouse is neatly stacked with fans of different specifications.
This is our No. 1 production line. The product in the picture is the motor of industrial fan. Because our fan is a DC motor fan, and the fan head is magnetic, the most important thing in this production line is to magnetize the motor.
This is our No. 2 production line, which mainly assembles and tests motors. First, the various components of the motor, such as drive, synchronous motor, etc. are spliced together. After the whole motor is assembled, the motor test will be started. Check whether each function and voltage are normal.
This is our production line 3. The main work of this production line is to pack all parts of the fan into boxes and complete the installation steps.
The above is basically our general production steps. Like the 18 inch pedestal fan, industrial fan, waterproof fan or smart wifi fan are all produced by the above steps.
